Our policy on returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Tag Activation Fees

The one-time activation fee for MyTag QR tags is non-refundable once the tag has been physically delivered or activated on the platform.

2. Wallet Refills

Refunds for MyTag wallet refills are eligible under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate transactions: If you were charged twice for the same refill, the second charge will be refunded.
  • Unused balance: Unused wallet balance can be refunded back to the original payment source upon request, subject to a small processing fee.

3. Termination of Service

If you choose to permanently deactivate your MyTag account, any remaining balance in your wallet (after deducting applicable parking charges) will be refunded to you within 7-10 working days.

4. Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged for a parking session, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction for a review and potential reversal.
