By accessing and using the MyTag India website and services (powered by Techwire Digital Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MyTag India provides QR-based vehicle safety tags and smart parking management solutions. These services include vehicle owner identification via QR scans and automated parking fee collection in participating complexes.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when activating tags and maintaining their wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the QR tag on your vehicle to ensure it remains scannable.

• Maintain sufficient balance in the MyTag wallet for parking services.
• Do not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Wallet and Payments

Charges for parking management are automatically deducted from your MyTag wallet. Users are responsible for ensuring that their wallet is topped up to avoid entry/exit delays at participating complexes.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyTag India is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to vehicle damage in parking areas or delays caused by scannability issues.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
